About us

St. Paul's High School, Patna

Saint Paul the Apostle was an apostle (though not one of the Twelve Apostles) who taught the gospel of Christ to the first-century world. He is generally considered one of the most important figures of the Apostolic Age. In the mid-30s to the mid-50s, he founded several churches in Asia Minor and Europe. Paul took advantage of his status as both a Jew and a Roman citizen to minister to both Jewish and Roman audiences.
According to writings in the New Testament Paul, who was originally called Saul, was dedicated to the persecution of the early disciples of Jesus in the area of Jerusalem. In the narrative of the book of Acts, while Paul was traveling on the road from Jerusalem to Damascus on a mission to “bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem”, the resurrected Jesus appeared to him in a great light. He was struck blind, but after three days his sight was restored by Ananias of Damascus, and Paul began to preach that Jesus of Nazareth is the Jewish Messiah and the Son of God. Approximately half of the book of Acts deals with Paul’s life and works…..

From the Principal's Desk

“Education is a passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare today.”

It is widely accepted that the learning process is instrumental in shaping one’s personality and the way he/she deals with situations of life. The shift of thoughts from bookish knowledge to knowledge of life, in schools, has brought forth a sea of change. People have warmed up to the idea of education being the key to an all-rounded development instead of just a means to acquire degrees and monetary success in life. Education must facilitate the cultivation of a healthy thought process and groom our cognitive abilities.

At St. Paul’s High School, our approach to learning is child centric, encouraging activity based learning and inculcating a scientific
temper and a spirit of free enquiry. Hence, I seek to provide an atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in the pursuit of excellence.

My wish for all the Paulites is that you see the light in this world, in
yourself and in others, I see the light in you.
